摘要
分析了锦西焦与CGG油系针状焦的特性;以锦西焦为主加CGG油系针状焦为原料,生产Ф450mm高功率石墨电极,并对其生产过程中的工艺进行控制。结果表明:用锦西焦为主加CGG油系针状焦生产Ф450mm高功率石墨电极是完全可行的。
The properties and characteristics of Jinxi petroleum coke and the petroleum - based needle coke from CGG were analyzed. Ф450 ram HP graphite electrodes were made from a mixture of the jinxi petroleum coke and the petroleum - based needle coke from CGG. On the basis of these experiments a process for making HP graphite electrodes with mixed cokes as precursor was proposed. It has been demonstrated that with the mixture coke made of the Jinxi petroleum coke and the CGG petroleum - based needle coke as starting material, it is possible to manufacture HP grade graphite electrodes with a diameter of Ф450 ram under the optimized conditions.
