摘要
在黄河防洪工程项目管理实践中,针对项目管理的质量、工期、投资等主要内容,引入“以人为本”和“以制管理”的理念,指出项目管理的要点为:①确保工程建设质量;②保证工程项目严格按照计划进行;③有效控制项目成本;④综合平衡,力求工程项目系统目标最优;⑤项目实施过程中加强沟通与协作;⑥加强风险预测和管理;⑦建立完整的项目管理文档。
The paper introduces the concepts of 'taking people as the basis' and 'management based on systems' and points out the following essential points for project management: a) To guarantee the construction quality;b) To guarantee the project implemented strictly based on the plan;c) To effectively control the cost of project;d) To make comprehensive balance and achieve the best objective of project system;e) To strengthen communication and collaboration during the implementation;f) To strengthen the prediction and management of risks and;g) To establish completed project documents in the management practice of flood control works of the Yellow River aiming at the main contents of quality,construction period and investment of project management.
