由于坝基软岩的存在,给沙坡头枢纽工程的建设带来了一定的困难。在施工过程中,针对枢纽坝基软岩的特点,经过反复实践与摸索,采取了预留保护层、限制爆破、限时保护层开挖、基坑排水等措施,尽量减少对基岩的扰动破坏,使之保持天然状态,在坝基软岩的处理方面,取得了比较好的效果,保证了工程质量。

The Shapotou Key Water Control Project has some difficulties in its construction due to the soft stratum of dam foundation. During the construction, it has adopted the measures of reserving protective stratum, limiting explosion, limiting the excavation time of protective stratum and foundation pit drainage, trying to reduce the disturbance of bedrock and keeping it in a natural statement after repeatedly practicing and fumbling in the light of the soft stratum character of the project. It has achieved fairly good effects on the treatment of soft stratum and guaranteed the quality of the project.
