摘要
在系统地分析压裂伤害机理的基础上,研究了复合粘土稳定剂、高活性表面活性剂、防乳破乳剂以及添加剂等化学组分的作用,提出了防止地层污染的低伤害探井压裂预处理技术。该技术具有表面活性高、热稳定性能强、配伍性能好、对地层伤害轻等特点,是针对探井压裂研究并应用的新技术之一。在现场进行了14井次的应用试验,累计增油3200t,增天然气1180·55×104m3。
This paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of fracturing damage, studies the function of compounded clay inhibitor, highly active surfactant, emulsion breaker and additives, and proposes a fracturing pre-treatment technology for formation damage prevention in exploration wells. This technology shows good performance in surface activity, thermal stability and compatibility, and is less harmful to formation. It is specially developed and applied for exploration wells. It has been tested for 14 well-times, with cumulative oil increment of 3 200 t and gas increment of 1 180.55×10~4 m^3.
