我国公立高校学费形成机制探析

随着我国市场经济体制改革不断深入,居民收入水平大幅提高,人们对缴费上大学已有足够的心理准备和认可。社会关注的焦点转向学费标准的制定及其形成过程的科学性和合理性。文章从谁来制定学费标准、学费标准形成的依据、学费标准怎样确定三个方面来探讨学费的形成机制,以资制定有关学费政策借鉴。

With the deepening of the reform on market economy system and the increasing of the national income, paying tuition fee in college have already been approved by citizens. People focus on how to lay down a reasonable criterion. This paper approaches the subject from three angles： firstly, who should formulate the fee-government or school; secondly, the basis of the decision-making of the tuition fee; finally, how to lay down the criterion.
