On TBT and the Sustainable Development of International Trade in Hubei Province: from the Point of View of the Law

分析了技术性贸易壁垒与法律的关系,以及技术性贸易壁垒对湖北省外贸的影响,并结合湖北省外贸发展的实际,从法律的视角提出了解决技术性贸易壁垒的措施,以促进湖北省外贸的可持续发展。

The article analyzes the relationship between TBT and law, and the effect of TBT to Hubei province＇s international trade. From the view of the law, the author put forward some approaches to solve TBT to keep the sustainable development of Hubei province＇s international trade.
