摘要
高校独立学院是社会经济发展和高等教育主动适应环境变化的产物。它在运行机制方面呈现出依托母体、独立运行、民办机制等新的特点。独立学院必须面向市场、适应市场,参与市场竞争,学会经营;必须兼顾教育规律和市场规律,走以质取胜之路;必须采取多种营销策略,实现可持续发展。
The independent institute of the university is that social economic development and higher education adapt to the result that the environment change voluntarily. It demonstrates and relies on the mainly university in operating mechanism, runs independently, such new characteristics as the non-governmental mechanism, etc. The independent institute must face and adapt to the market, participate in the market competition, learn to manage; must give consideration to the educational law and law on the market, take the way to achieve success through good quality; must adopt many kinds of marketing strategy, realize sustainable development.
