硬膜外注药治疗腰间盘突出症的体会

Experience with the Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with Extradural Injection of Drug

目的:观察、了解、评定硬膜外注射皮质类固醇激素复合液治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果.方法:自2004-01～2005-06间所收治的腰间盘突出症患者36例,均用强的松龙,维生素B12、利多卡因混合液20 ml注入硬膜外腔,每7天注射一次,三次为一疗程,观察疗效.结果:平均改善指数为0.625,改善率为89%,其中单纯L4-5或L5S1节段改善指数为0.627,改善率为91%;L3-4,L4-5或L4-5,L5S1两节段者改善指数为0.622,改善为85.89%.结论:硬膜外注射皮质类固醇激素复合液治疗腰间突出症是较安全、简单、无须住院,且经济、疗效可靠的腰间盘突出症非手术疗法的最有效的方法之一.

Objective：To observe and evaluate the curative effect of extradural injection of steroid hormone complex to cure prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods： There are 36 patients treated with extradural injection of prednisolone, vitamine B12 and lidocaine complex. Injection once every 7 days and 3 times is taken as a course of treatment. Results： The average improvement index is 0. 625, and improvement rate is 89 %. The improvement index of simple L4-5 or L5-S1 is 0. 627, improvement rate is 91% ;the improvement index and rate of L3-4 and L4-5 or L4-5 and L5-S1 is 0. 622 and 85.89 % respectively. Conclusion： This method is safe, simple, economical and reliable.
