Manufacturing Technology and Craftsmanship of Chinese Fir Laminated Finger-joint Board

采用南方速生杉木制造指接集成板,从杉木材性、加工工艺、设备性能、材料利用率、生产成本、产品质量和市场需求等方面出发,研究和分析了南方速生杉木制造指接集成板的特点和应掌握的技术问题.结果表明,这种杉木有高胶接强度和浸渍剥离强度,但自身剪切强度较低.采取恰当的工艺与技术,用南方速生杉木可以生产出满足市场需求的较高质量的指接集成板.

The laminated finger-joint board was made from fast growing Chinese fir. The producing feature and craftsmanship problems were researched and analyzed according to Chinese fir property, manufacturing technology ,equipments ability and material utilization, cost of production, product quality and market demand. The result showed that the bond strength and immersion strength of adhesive bond of the laminated finger-joint board are higher, but shearing strength is lower , It was indicated that a high level quality laminated finger-joint board for market demand can be produced by fast-growing Chinese fir as long as taking fitness technology and craftsmanship.
