摘要
以图形几何实体为基础,将零件信息归类为原始输入信息和工序过程信息,提出了工序图逐步生成的设计方法.以直齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,以A u toCAD为开发平台、DXF为开发接口、C语言为开发工具,成功地对实心齿轮和腹板式齿轮的工序图进行了参数化自动生成.
Based on the entities of the drawing of a gear part and classifying the information of the part as the original input information and process information, this paper proposed a gradual generation method for the process chart of the part. AutoCAD was used as research platform, DXF file as research interface, and C language as research tool. The process charts of solid and ventral gears were successfully generated by an automatic and parameterized way.
