南乐县西邵乡土地开发项目中的土地适宜性评价研究

Study on land suitability evaluation in land development In Xishao Town of Nanle County

土地适宜性评价是土地开发项目的重要环节,对项目开发方案、土地开发方向的制定有着至关重要的影响。本文以南乐县西邵乡黄河故道区沙荒地土地开发项目为例,运用模糊综合评判的方法,构造项目区待开发土地的适宜性评价模型,重点对沙荒地进行了宜农、宜园、宜林等3个适宜性方向的评价,并进行了土地开发方向区域的划定。

Land suitability evaluation is an important link of the land development subject, it has important influence on the formalation of land development scheme and land development direction. This paper constructs the land suitability evaluation model to the unccitivated land of the subject region. It evaluates the direction of suitability to cultivation, gardening and forestry of the uncultivated land of old area near Yellow River in Xishao town of Nanle county, and it divides regions to land development direction by using fuzzy mathematic method.
