Exploration on the theories of the production security invest decision-making in enterprises

文章从安全功能的概念出发,利用安全经济学基本函数推导得出:企业生产系统安全程度应在企业安全负担最小点和安全收益最大点之间,企业安全收益最大时的生产系统安全性,高于安全负担最小时的安全性。采用这一结论进行生产安全投资决策,与传统的生产安全投资——安全负担最小法比较,既提高了企业生产系统安全程度,又有利于企业取得更佳的经济效益。安全投资决策将更加科学和准确。

Beginning with the concept of security function and making use of the basic functions of the security economies, this paper deduces that cnterprise＇s production system security degree should between the security burden minimum and security benefits maximum. The production system security at the security benefits maximum is higher than the security at the security burden minimum. Compared with the traditional production security invest-security burden minimum, this method can both enhance the production system security degree and be beneficial for the enterprise to get better economy benefits. The security invest declslon-making will be more scientific and accurate.
