蔡元培先生用自己敏感的心体会中国女性的悲苦,并给予了深切的同情与关注。他从“男女平等”的理念出发,通过提倡女性教育、改革教育体制、丰富教育内容,以拯救中国女性于卑微、蒙昧、依赖与残缺,因而他对于中国女性的教育以及女性的启蒙与解放影响至深。

With a subtle feeling, Cai Yuanpei senses the misery suffered by Chinese women. He sympathizes with them and has much concern over their suffering. On the basis of ＂All humans are equal＂, he saves Chinese women from lowliness, unenlightenment, dependence, and incompleteness by the way of advocating the importance of edueation for women , reforming educational system and enriehing edueational content .His impact on Chinese women edueation , enlightenment and liberation for women is fairy signifieant.
