用激光束照明表面粗糙的物体(如毛玻璃),从物体散射的光在空间形成散斑分布,散斑的平均横向直径φ与观察距离d和毛玻璃上的照明区孔径D有下列关系φ≈1.22d/Dλ.
In this paper we present several methods which use the speckle, Talbot and Moire effects to adjust the position of focus, the collimation of beams and the position of optical elements in the coherent optical information processing system.
