摘要
目前海洋上有许多从槽式改造成悬臂梁式的钻井平台,在这些钻井平台营运过程中无不碰到一个比较矛盾的问题——钻井平台作业能力的上升和可变负荷减少之间的矛盾,而可变负荷的大小对于钻井平台的收费和抗风暴能力都有着重大的影响,本文以一条2001年改造的悬臂粱钻井平台为例,分析相关状态下的可变负荷构成和优化配置,以便达到最大化利用可交负荷的目的。
There are many ottshore rig running on China sea.Many of them are updated from slot jacking rig to cantilever beam fig.But they all meet one problem when operating this rig. This is a contradiction of rig drilling ability increasing and allowable load decreasing.But allowable load will influence the fig fee and survive ability in storm condition.This article analyses the allowable load in drilling condition and it's safety coefficient,and give a plan to optimizing allowable load,It will achieve the goal of max using allowable load.
