摘要 随着辽河油田开发的不断深入,作为主要接替产能区块,辽河滩海稠油油田的开发已提到了议事日程。由于滩海稠油热采工艺要求热采设备必须小型高效化、控制系统自动化、排放系统环保化。因此根据浅海稠油开发所需注汽锅炉设备的小型化问题,需要对陆上用常规注汽锅炉进行改进研究,以便使其满足上述要求。本文介绍了一种通过小型化改造的新型海上注汽锅炉,经初步计算,可以使注蒸汽系统占地面积(指蒸汽锅炉系统本体面积)减少1/3,同时保证热效率、干度等指标不低于陆上锅炉现有指标,燃料消耗不高于陆上锅炉现有指标。 With the Liaohe onshore oil field development deepened, how to produce offshore heavy crude reservoir which will be the main potential production succeed is put into the schedule.Since the facilities must be miniaturized and high efficiency,control system automatization, discharge system environmental protected, which are for thermal recovery for offshore heavy crude.The normal osteam boiler for onshore injecting needs improving research,so that it can be meet the usage in offshore.The text introduces a new kind of smaller steam boiler which is reconstructed by minimizing the normal oonshore oil field steam boiler,the area needed for the smaller steam boiler sywstem installation is decreased by 1/3 through roughly calculation.At the same time,the ghermal efficiency,the dry and other target indexes are not lower than that of steam boiler for onshore oil field,the fuel consumption is not higher than the capabiolity indexes of onshore steam boiler also.
