摘要
张力腿平台的制造和安装包括陆地建造，船体和组块干拖至连接水域，水上对接，最后与张力腿连接固定。本文在分析制造和安装的几个过程的同时，着重论述了张力腿平台的海上对接，湿拖，充水就位、与张力腿的连接等海上安装过程，为今后开展张力腿平台的安装设计提供参考。
The TLP fabrication and installation include the construction in shipyard, loadout, dry tow, integration, wet tow, and site connection. In this paper, all these phases are discussed. But, it is emphasized that mating in sea wet tow, pre-ratcheting, ratcheting and TLP connection are discussed.
