This paper discusses the establishment process of coordinate control-net of PL19-3 ,-WHPC JACKET, and gives a simply introduction about adjustment of indirect observations and adjustment of condition observations. It is emphasized that the theory of coordinate stations, station model and shows adjustment method of measuring distance and angle are described.
