On the Inevitable Choice of Humanitarian Management

论文主要抓住人是管理的核心因素,人不但是管理的主体,而且是管理客体诸要素中最活跃的、起决定性作用的要素;管理的目标是靠人来实现;人的解放和全面发展是管理的最高目标和最终目的;人本管理也是管理发展的必然趋势和要求等四个方面来分析、阐述人本管理既是管理的必然趋势,也是管理的必然选择。

This paper attempts to analyze and expound the fact that humanitarian management is both the inevitable trend and inexorable choice for management in four aspects as follows： humans are the key factors of management in that humans are not only the subjects of management but also the most active and decisive factors of the various objective elements; the target of management must be realized by humans; the emanci- pation and all-round development of humans are the highest and ultimate aim of management , and humanitarian management is also the inevitable trend and requirement of management development.
