摘要
幼儿园女教师占绝对优势的现实会在师幼交往和教师教育行为中无意识地影响幼儿性别角色的形成。两性和谐的教育环境对于实现教育领域的性别平等具有重要意义,教师应树立先进的性别观念,并努力培养双性化的行为模式,在师幼交往中通过具体的教育行为积极影响幼儿性别角色的社会化过程,以利于幼儿人格的全面和谐健康发展。
Teacher' s concepts of sexual role would affect child' s understanding on male and female in the society non-consciously during their interaction. In the present kindergarten, as a fact that could not be changed recently,most teachers are female.Such environment is not good for child to understand the differences and similarities between male and female deeply. So it' s necessary for kindergarten teachers to construct a sexual harmony environment to help child develop in this field.
