This paper introduces the aim of the roll managerial work should be reached. On the basis of using the designing tool-VFP and the manner of OOP, the designing project of the administrative system about university student＇ s roll is proposed. It is proved by the actual system that the project introduced in this paper has the features of operating simply,with perfect function and running reliably.
