APPLICATION OF TH-1 ZINC SILICATE PRIMER OF SHOP PROTECTION TO PRETREATING LINE OF STEELS

针对重型成套设备机组制造中金属结构件的防锈技术，钢材预处理线中使用的预涂底漆即车间保养（可焊）底漆进行了探讨．提出利用ＴＨ—１型硅酸锌车间保养底漆作为钢材预处理线的预涂底漆，同时又是重型成套机组中金属结构件涂层配套体系中的一层防锈底漆．完善和规范了重型成套设备涂装工艺，实现了重型成套设备机组技术性能与外观质量的同步提高．

A precoated primer-a primer of shop protection(weldable)used for a pretreating line of steels has been explored in view of the antirust techniques of metallic structural during manufacturing the machine sets for heavy-duty complete sets of equiipments.It is pointed out that TH-1 zinc silicate primer of shop protection can be acted as a precoated primer for a pretreating line of steels,as well as a layer of antirust primer of coated meting system for metallic structural members of heavy-duty complete sets of a machine set.The coating technology for the heavy-duty complete sets of equipments is perfected and specified,as a result,realizing a synchronous improvement of the technical property and appearance quality for the machine set of a havy-duty complete sets of equipment.
