菝葜和土茯苓生物碱含量的比较研究

A comparative study on alkaloid in roots of Smilax china L and Smilax glabra Roxb

对菝葜和土茯苓根茎中生物碱成分进行了定性检测和定量测定。结果表明:在菝葜和土茯苓根茎中均含有生物碱成分。以东莨菪碱为参照品,测知菝葜和土茯苓根茎中生物碱含量分别为0.0222%和0.0349%。

Alkaloid in the roots of Smilax china L and Smilax glabra Roxb were analysed qualitatively. It was found that both Smilax china L and Smilax glabra Roxb contain alkaloid. Using scopo lamine as standard sample, total alkaloid content of Smilax china L and Smilax glabra Roxb were deretrained to be 0. 022 2% and 0. 034 9%.
