云南电大开放教育试点相关问题思考

Reflections on Some Relevant Problems of the Pilot Program of Open Education in Yunnan RTV University

云南电大的试点工作通过5年多的实践,取得了巨大成绩,无论是与整个高等教育进行横向比较,还是与电大过去进行纵向比较,变化非常明显,表现在办学观念开放了,教学设施改善了,资源丰富了,学习支持服务水平提高了。然而随着试点工作的不断展开深化,在实践中也暴露出很多问题,应该就这些问题进行探讨,籍以了解远程开放教育中存在的盲点,采取相应的对策。

Yunnan RTV University has made a great achievement through more than five year＇s work of the pilot program, which is obvious while comparing with the development of higher education horizontally and with the past of RTVU vertically. The achievement reflects the open university - running ideas, the improvement of teaching facilities, more resources and the improvement of learning support services. Many problems appear in its real work when the program has been implemented further. The problems are discussed here to know the blind spots in the open education and therefore the relevant measures can be taken.
