摘要
通过毕业生和用人单位对开放教育人才培养模式改革和教学效果的评价调查,充分说明开放教育具有鲜明的特点和优势,但也存在着学生专业能力、动手能力、创新能力的不足。因此,应加强开放教育的专业建设和教学改革,突出培养“应用性”人才的特点,使学生通过学习后,知识结构更加完善,专业能力得到显著提高。
The assessment of the talent - training model reform and its instructional results through the investigation of its graduates and their reeruiting employers shows clearly the distinctive characteristics and advantages of open education, but also shows some problems that the graduates lack enough professional, practical and innovative abilities. Therefore the specialty construction and the instructional reform of the open education should be strengthened to give prominence to the training of applicative talents so as to make the students to improve their knowledge structures and professional skills after learning.
