摘要
本文研究温度、pH值、紫外线、固态介质对来自牛乳中的一株蜡样芽孢杆菌生长的影响。结果表明该菌的适应能力强,因此,在乳品生产过程中要严格控制芽孢杆菌的污染。
This article studied the effects of temperature, pH, ultraviolet and solid-medium on the increment of Bacillus cereus in milk. Research showed that the bacteria were tolerant with all kinds of environments, so the pollution of Bacillus must be controlled during the processing of dairy.
