摘要
用含有150mg/L Na_2SeO_3的培养基对灵芝进行富硒培养,收集菌体后用水浸提取汁,再将绿皮芒去皮核后磨浆,并加入到冰淇淋配料中,所得的冰淇淋风味独特,颜色微黄,营养价值高,为难得的高档冰淇淋品种。
Putting the lixivium of ganderma licudum growing on the media with 150 mg/L Na2SeO3 and the slurry of mango into the ice-cream, the result shown that the ice cream was delicious, yellowy,inimitable, nutritious and superior.
