论述了知识管理的涵义及知识管理对图书馆管理创新的启示,提出了图书馆知识服务要解决的问题和运营思路。
This paper discusses on the connotations of the knowledge management and the enlightenment of the knowledge management on library＇s management innovation, and puts forward the problems that should be solved by library ＇ s knowledge management and the ideas for the operation of the library.
