This paper expounds the theory of the bonds market liquidity, analyzes on the present situation of the liquidity of Chinese enterprise bonds market, and in the light of the problems that the very low liquidity of Chinese enterprise bonds market hinder the reform of the financing structure of Chinese financial market, puts forward some countermeasures for increasing the liquidity of enterprise bonds market.
