我国国有企业资本结构不合理是长期存在的问题,尤其是随着改革的深入,资本结构的问题表现得更加突出。从分析国有企业资本结构的现状及其成因出发,提出了优化国有企业资本结构的对策。

The irrational capital structure of our country＇s state-owned enterprises is a problem existing for a long period of time, especially along with the deepening of the reform, this problem is more and more obvious. Starting from the present situation of the capital structure of the state-owned enterprises and its causes, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the capital structure of the state-owned enterprises.
