摘要
复杂杯形件的金属流动比较复杂。分析比较了这类零件成形的几种工艺方案,指出复合挤压具有工序少、制件尺寸精度高、模具结构简单、造价低的优点,并用美国MARK/Autoforge模拟了其温挤压过程,表明该工艺是合理可靠的。
The metal flow of complex cup part is more complex than regular ones. This paper makes analysis and comparison of several forming processes, points out that the combined warm extrusion has the merits of less procedures, high-accurate size of the parts, simple die structure and lower cost, and describes that the combined process of warm extrusion is reliable through simulating its warm extrusion by using the software MARK/Autoforge of America.
