摘要
在46具成人尸体上,采用钢针标定法和层次解剖法,研究缺盆穴的解剖结构和针刺深度与角度,结果显示:向下直刺的解剖结构依次是皮肤、浅筋膜、颈筋膜浅层、肩胛舌骨肌下腹、臂丛及锁骨下血管、前锯肌、肋间外肌、肋间内肌、壁胸膜,向下直刺的平均危险深度,男性为34.97 mm,女性为31.41 mm。为了保证安全,建议缺盆穴针刺的深度控制在22.50mm内。
To probe into the anatomic structure and safe needling depth and angle of Quepen point (S 12), steely-needle marked method and layer anatomy method were used in 46 adult corpses. The result showed that the anatomic structures of perpendicular insertion downwards are skin, superficial fascia, superficial layer fascia of neck, venter inferior musculi omohyoidei, brachial plexus and infraclavicula blood vesseles, anterior serratus muscles, external intercostal muscles, internal intercostal muscles and parietal pleura in order. The mean dangerous depth of male for perpendicular insertion downward is 34.97 mm and female 31.41 mm. So it is suggested that the depth for perpendicular needling of Quepen (S12) is within 22.50 mm.
