Establishment and Application of Endometriosis Database Using ACCESS

目的:建立Access子宫内膜异位症(内异症)数据库,并探讨其应用价值。方法:复习1994.08-2004.08我院内异症患者病案资料,并随访,利用Access建立内异症患者临床资料数据库。结果:在该软件平台上成功建立了605例内异症患者临床资料数据库,该库储存方便,信息量大,统计分析快捷,实现了数据网络共享。结论:Access内异症临床资料数据库功能强大,有利于医学信息的快速储存和传播,值得推广应用.

Objective： To construct a database of endometriosis using Microsoft Access 2000 （Access） and assess its application values. Methods： Six hundred and five cases of endometriosis were reviewed from August 1994 to August 2004 in Zhujiang Hospital. Clinical and follow-up information of all cases were recorded in the database. Results： The database of endometriosis was successfully constructed and communicated on network, it was proved to have powerful capacity for information processing and statistical function. Conclusion： The Access database of endometriosis greatly facilitates the storing and communicating of medical data and is worth promoting.
