摘要
介绍了一个支持现场总线的智能数据采集控制系列模块成功运用于淀粉生产过程的远程控制工程实例。该系统主机采用Synall2000组态软件作为控制软件,提供动态仿真和可视化界面,取代了原来的手工操作,便于系统操作和维护,提高系统的自动化水平和可靠性。
In this paper it introduced an engineering example of remote control which was succeeded in applying starch productive procedure control modular of intelligent data acquisition which supported field bus. The system adopted Synall 2000 software as its control software. It supported dynamic emulation and visual interface instead of hand operation and was convenient for system operating and maintenance, enhanced reliability and automatic level of system.
