摘要
针对纺丝机电锭组件提出了一种计算机故障诊断系统。建立了纺丝机电锭组件的故障诊断模型,给出了状态检测系统的硬件结构及故障诊断的软件结构。该系统通过采集电锭组件的相关信息,即可实施状态监控和故障诊断。根据故障模型进行仿真分析,结果表明,该系统实时性强、可靠性高,为纺丝机核心部件提供了一种行之有效的故障诊断途径。
For the Spinning-machine's Spindle component, the computer aided fault diagnosis system is presented, which involves the fault modeling and fault diagnosis approach process. In addition, its' hardware and software structure are discussed. By collecting its relative signal, this system can complete fault diagnosis and monitor the working status. The real-time and reliability are proved by simulation on the base of fault model. It's an available and applied fault diagnosis method for Spinning-machine's Spindle component.
