异黄酮类化合物的微波合成及其生物活性研究 被引量:6

摘要 以间苯二酚和取代苯乙酸为原料,在三氟化硼/乙醚催化作用下,应用微波技术合成了4种异黄酮类化合物,该反应在2~6min内完成,产率在60%-72%.在此基础上,采用家兔颅盖骨骨髓成骨细胞,就其对该成骨细胞增殖活性的影响进行了初步试验.研究表明:本文所合成的4种化合物对成骨细胞均有不同程度的促进作用. Four isoflavones were synthesized by using one-pot procedure from the unprotected resorcinol and p-substituted phenyl acetic acid catalyzed by boron-etherate under microwave irradition within 2 - 6 min with yields of 60% - 70% respectively. Preliminary pharmacological tests of the effects on rabbit osteoblasts in vitro showed that all of these compounds could promote the proliferation of osteoblasts to a certain degree.
