摘要
本文在总结二十世纪以来各国科学家研究犁面经验的基础上,利用运动学理论,按照耕作和农艺要求提出了犁面数学方程;利用土壤力学和分析动力学原理,提出了犁耕过程的力学模型。数学、力学模型全面揭示了犁耕过程的力学形态,彻底暴露了耕作力与犁面形状、耕作工况和土壤性质的函数关系。把数学模型输入电子计算机,不加任何修正系数,计算结果与实际测试值相当吻合,特别是R_y/R_x、R_z/R_x的比值与测试值一致。数学模型可以计算各种工况、各种类型犁体的耕作阻力值,其真实地反映了犁耕的力学过程。数学模型的提出,为犁面优化设计打下了基础,将把犁面设计推向一个新的阶段。
A mathematical model was presented to Calculate the total draft of the plowfor plow design with the learning of all famous studies of plow design experi-ental result and also applications of the usful modern theories since twentiethcentury. According to the requiments for the soil mechaics and the agrotechniq-ues, the predication of the mathematical model of the plow design explore thewhole state of all acting forces on plow andt he furctional relationships betweenthe acting forces on plow with the shape of plow surface. Finaily without anyadditional corrected cofficients, the results of computer calculation would exae-tly identify to all actualf ield experimental measurements especially R_Y/R_X R_Z/R_Xare quite eoincided. The mathematical model, therefore can complete all kinds ofplow design and this kind mothed would also infroduce a complete new stage ofplow design.
