摘要
为了满足我国制造业重新崛起的需要,对数控加工设备提供网络监控和故障诊断服务,则需要把数控设备的工况信息数字化和网络化,嵌入式机床信号采集分析系统正是为此而设计的平台。系统以ARM和DSP为核心处理器,其中ARM主要实现实时网络通讯的功能,DSP主要完成高速数据采集和高密度的信号处理。实践证明,系统能高效完成高速信号采集、高密度信号处理、实时网络传输及控制,这必将进一步推进信息技术和网络技术在制造业中的广泛应用。
To adapt the growing up of the manufacturing and pro- vide the service of internet-monitor and malfunction-diagnoses for numerical control equipments, the information of numerical control equipments should be numbered and networked. The embeded networked machine tool signal acquisition and analysis system is just the platform for this purpose. The kernel processor of the system is ARM and DSP. The ARM's main part is to realize the internet transportation and the task of DSP is to fulfil the high-speed data acquisition and high-density signal analysis. Practice proves that this system can efficiently complete the function of high-speed data acquisition.high-density signal analysis and real-time internet transportation, which can widely promote the application of the information and internet technology in the manufacturing.
