城市密集带的发展演化——以深圳的演变为例

Development of Urban Corridor-Case Studies of Shenzhen

在简要分析中国历史制度演变的历程基础上,建立中国城市密集带由来的模型,从经济基础论和《国富论》的行为及公共利益概念出发,分析在全球经济框架的影响下城市密集带的出现问题,以公共物权问题导出政府的应对姿态,以英美及大陆法系国家城市配合深圳为参考系,比较出我国城市密集带的不足之处,并得出其发展的路子和对策.

Based upon the constitutional evolution in Chinese history, this article manages to set up the model of development of Chinese urban corridors. And from the pesperctives of economic foundation, development and public interest, the author analyses the problems poped up in the urban corridors within the global economic frame and how the government handles them. Taking Shenzhen as a sampler, the article finds out the shortcomes of Chinese urban development and puts forth some approaches to deal with them.
