摘要 目的将循证医学的研究方法应用于卫生检验,寻找沙门菌快速检测的最佳方案。方法通过检索多个数据库,全面查找沙门菌检测方法的文献,并对找到的文献进行评估和筛选,找到符合要求的文献确定检测方法。结果从5256篇检索到的文献中,共找到相关Ⅱ级文献4篇,Ⅲ级综述文献1篇用于确定沙门菌快速检测的最佳方案。结论在沙门菌的快速检测中,宜采用以139-141为引物的PCR检测法。 Objective To find out the optimal technique for rapid detection of Salmonella by applying study methodology of evidence-based medicine (EBM). Methods Corresponding references in several databases were searched and evaluated across-the-board in order to find out the best rapid detection method for Salmonella. Results Among 5 256 articles, 4 second-class and 1 third-class corresponding references were found. Conclusions PCR method in which 139-141 as primer is suitable for rapid detection of Salmonella.
