蔡川水土保持示范区综合治理可持续发展评价与分析 被引量:4

Evaluation and Analysis of Sustainable Development for Comprehensive Management of Caichuan Soil and Water Conservation Demonstration Area

摘要 以陕西省丹凤县蔡川水土保持示范区为例,运用科学的、简化的可持续发展评价指标,对其可持续发展能力进行评价与分析。结果表明,蔡川示范区2001年和2003年的可持续发展度分别为0.489和0.587,尚处于不可持续发展的状态,但已经逐步接近可持续发展的水平。可持续发展度增大的根本因素,在于社会发展能力和资源环境承载能力的增加。 As a case study, the sustaninable development ability of Caichuan soil and water conservation demonstration area, Danfeng Shaanxi Province, was scientifically evaluated and analyzed. The results showed that the sustainable development degrees of Caichuan demonstration area in 2001 and 2003 were 0. 489 and 0. 587 respectively,which hadn't reached the standard of sustainable development,but gradually close to the norm of sustainabce development. Moreover,it was found that increasing of social development capacity and resource and environment carrying capacity had influence on the sustainable development degree basically.
