摘要
以香蕉炭疽菌(Gloeosporium musarum)为作用靶标,测定了8种海藻的硫酸铵分级盐析蛋白对其菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的作用效果.发现8种海藻的不同蛋白质组分对香蕉炭疽菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的作用效果不同,其中有些蛋白质组分能抑制菌丝生长;有些能抑制其分生孢子的萌发,使其萌发率降低,并对孢子萌发的芽管长度、着生位置、芽管数产生影响.表明海藻中存在对香蕉炭疽菌具有抑制作用的蛋白质组分.
The activities of differrent proteins extracted and salted out with ammonium sulfate from 8 algae were examinded. The result showed some components of the proteins could inhibit the mycelia growth of Gloeosporium musarum. For example, some proteins could inhibit the conidia germinating of G. musarum and affect the length, number and position of the germ tubes germinated.
