注射器内少量空气对速壁林皮下注射局部出血的影响

The prevention of the injection position hemorrhage after Nadroparin Calcium

目的:探讨注射器内少量空气对注射速壁林后局部皮下出血的影响。方法:选择2003年1月￣2004年8月我科住院老年急性心肌梗死和不稳定型心绞痛患者22例,急性脑梗死患者53例进行自身对照比较;采取注射器内有0.02￣0.04ml空气和注射器内无空气对照,观察皮下出血的例次和出血面积大小。结果:两组皮下注射,注射器内有0.02￣0.04ml空气和注射器内无空气比较,经统计学处理,差异有极其显著性(P<0.001)。结论:注射器内有0.02￣0.04ml空气注射后压迫5min,局部皮下出血率为0.4%,并能减少药物浪费,减轻病人紧张、恐惧心理。

Objective To Prevent the injection position subcutaneous hamorrhage after Nadroparin Calcinm. Method 22 patients of acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris and 53 patients of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from Lanuary 2003 to August 2004 were compared in two groups by using the injection machrfies with 0.02-0.04ml air inside and some injection machines without air inside the others. The times of subcutaneous hemorrhage and hemorrhagic size were observed. Results By statistics there were significant difference between two groups （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The injection position hemorrhagic rate is 0.04% by using the injection machine with 0.02-0.04ml air inside it and oppressing the injection position for five minutes after injection, and it can reduce the nervous or territied mood of patients.
