摘要
目的探讨慢性湿疹皮炎斑贴试验的护理要点。方法对122例慢性湿疹皮炎的临床资料、护理措施进行分析。结果居常见致敏原前5位的化学物质分别是0.1%硫柳汞、5%硫酸镍、7%芳香混和物、1%甲醛(水溶液)、1%肉桂醇。结论严格执行班贴试验前、试验中以及试验后的注意事项是取得斑贴试验成功的关键;注意对患者斑贴试验结果的解释和对患者进行生活护理。
Objective To discuss the key points of nursing the patch test for patients with chronic eczema. Method Analyze the clinical data and the concreted nursing measures which obtained from 122 chronic eczema patients. Result The top 5 chemical allergic resources of these patients were 0. 1% thiomersalate, 5% nickel sulfate, 7% aromatic compound, 1% formaldehyde （water solution）, 1% styrene. Conclusion The key points of getting successful patch test were following the attention issues before, during and after patch test, and to pay attention to the living nursing and explanation of patch test for patients.
