调卫健脑针法治疗失眠症90例临床研究

Clinical Research on 90 Cases of Insomnia by Tiaowei Jiannao Acupuncture Treatment

目的:对调卫健脑针法治疗失眠症多中心临床研究项目先期完成的90例病例予以报告,对初步的规范适应症、操作方法进行评价,为制作技术操作文本进行初步总结。方法:各中心将符合纳入标准的患者,按照1∶1的比例,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中试验组45例,采用调卫健脑针法,取百会、大椎、申脉、照海等穴配合耳穴进行治疗;对照组45例,采用常规针刺,取四神聪、神门、三阴交等穴位治疗。将两组的疗效进行对比观察及评价。结果:90例失眠症中痊愈16例(17.98%),显效27例(30.33%),有效41例(46.07%),无效6例(5.62),有效率为94.38%。三个中心根据PSQI量表积分进行统计学处理,两组间存在显著性差异(P<0.01),各中心差异不明显(P>0.01)。结论:调卫健脑针法治疗失眠疗效优于对照组,各中心疗效和方法稳定、无偏差。

Objective：To report 90 cases of insomnia from multi-center clinical research project completed ahead of time by Tiaowei Jiaonao acupuncture treatment;to evaluate the preliminary standard indication,the operating procedure and summarize the manufacture technical operation text initially.Methods：The patients brought into line with the standard by different centers were randomly divided into the experiment group and the controlled group according to the proportion of 1：1.Forty-five cases of the experiment group were treated oby Tiaowei Jiannao acupuncture treatment through Baihui,Dazhui,Shenmai togother points：Sishencong,Shenmen,Sanyijiao.The curative effects of two groups were contrasted and evaluated.Results：16 casces（17.38%）were cured,27 cases （30.33%） had remarkable effect,41cases（46.7%）had effect,6 cases（5.62%）were invalid.Therefore,the effectiveness rate was 94.38%.There was a remarkable difference（P〈0.01）between two groups according to statistics processing carried on by three enters using the PSQI meter integral.The difference among different centers trolledd group and various centers have stable and reliable curative effect.
