自动控制系统的一种实用设计方法

A Practical Method in Design of Automatic Control System

本文介绍一种采用动态信号测试仪和计算机辅助分析设计(CAA、CAD)技术进行自动控制系统设计的方法。该方法首先通过直接测试较准确地得到系统固有部分的数学模型,再借助CAD技术方便而快速地完成控制器的结构参数设计。我们使用该方法对某一数字伺服系统进行了设计、调试,其结果表明它的确不失为一种简便易行的设计方法。

This paper presents a method in design of automatic control system,which uses dynamical signal analyser (DSA) and software of CAD. This method gets the mathematic model of solid part of system by direct measuring,then readily realizes the design of structural parameters of controller by means of CAD. Using it in the design and control of numerical servo system,the results show that it is a simple and practical approach in system design.
