摘要
对于我国现行海洋执法体制的现状及其弊端进行了深刻剖析,并对我国海洋执法体制改革得出了切实可行的对策与建议。
This paper analyzes current situation and flaws of China＇s current mechanism of enforcing marine law. In addition, the authors come up with feasible measures and suggestion for reforming.
