摘要
给出了灰局势决策的原理和方法,提出了衡量第三方物流企业营销策略优劣的评价指标,结合实证研究,得出了第三方物流企业营销策略选择的一般步骤,建立了决策模型。
The authors introduce the principles and method in grey decision -making and the interchanging method of synthesis effect measure for the marketing strategy of third party logistics. By the means of the experimental research, the procedure of selecting marketing strategy is developed and a decision model is established.
