The authors introduce the development of nanometer science and technology in China and abroad and illuminate the advantages and disadvantages of Sichuan province in the development of nanometer science and technology, such as human resource and talent, support policy, investment, environment of industrial development. In order to make the development of nanometer science and technology sustainable, the authors give some corresponding advice for the development of nanometer science and technology in Sichuan province.
