脉搏波与生理病理变化关系的仿真研究 被引量:19

摘要 为探讨脉搏波中所含生理病理信息的机理,采用一个由120个数字计算单元组成的人体心血管系统血液动力学分布式仿真模型,对血液粘度和血管弹性的变化所致桡动脉脉搏波的改变,以及心力衰竭、高血压、动脉硬化3种病状所致脉搏波的改变趋势进行了数字仿真研究,取得了初步的结果,为验证仿真结果的可信性,采集并归纳了31位受试者的脉搏波,其中包括因心力衰竭和高血压及冠脉硬化而在医院就诊的病例。经比较可见,本文工作所得仿真结果与临床检测数据基本吻合。 A computer simulation study was conducted to investigate the relationship of physiological and pathological status with the pulse wave of the radial artery.The model used in this work was established in our previous work which consists of 120 computational seg-ments The vessel segments in this model are distributed over the whole body including chest,abdomen,neck,head,heart,lung,arms and legs.The physiological and pathological sta-tus investigated in this work are as follows:(1)the effects of vessel wall elasticity variation;(2)the effects of blood viscosity variation,(3)the impacts of heart failure;(4)the impacts of hypertension,(5)the impacts of arteriosclerosis. The simulation results show that all above variations and status have impacts on the wave form of the pulse taken at the radial artery. To confirm the results of our simulation studies,clinical tests were carried out in 31 subjects,in-cluding 9 normal subjects,4 patients with heart failure,12 patients with hypertension,and 6 patients with arteriosclerosis.The results of clinical tests and simulation experiments agree well.This work shows that the model established in our previous work is useful in the study of radial pulse wave and provides a tcol for the investigation of pulse diagnosis mthod which is an important part in traditional Chinese medicine.
